Before setting up London RROs, Joseph worked as a litigation paralegal in a commercial chambers and as a court advocate in possession proceedings — where he regularly encountered tenants whose landlords were operating unlicensed properties.
Joseph's interest in Rent Repayment Orders developed through that work. When his own landlady attempted an unlawful eviction, he pursued an RRO claim against her. That experience gave him a practical understanding of the process that informs how we approach every case we take on.
